I just bought a car and wish to thank Ben Orrin and the Financing Department at Enterprise. Before my husband returned from a humanitarian aid trip in Sumatra, Indonesia, aboard the U.S.S. I was traveling with my wife and nine children on vacation when our 15 passenger van broke down just east of Memphis. In trying to find a replacement vehicle, I visited dealer after dealer in the Nashville area, only to find frustration as the selection was limited and the sales staff was less than professional. I then called Enterprise Car Sales and told them what I was looking for. Enterprise located a van and brought it and the paperwork to a house where we were staying - 40 miles from the Car Sales office. Now THAT is service. I was sitting in the Managers office at Kemba Credit Union, talking about buying a different car, when I saw an Enterprise Car Sales business card. The manager gave Enterprise a very high recommendation, so I visited and told them what I was looking for. The Sales executive found the car I wanted in Columbus and brought it back. The Sales executive also explained that I just needed a sticker from the DMV, and that I didn't have to buy new plates - which saved me much money. I've been in the sales industry for many years and have extremely high expectations. My experience of late in the car industry was short of my expectations, until I dealt with your staff in Milford, CT. I was referred there by a friend, but was a bit hesitant, since I've always known Enterprise to be a car rental company.
